FAIR is a trading style of Reclaims4U Ltd, an FCA authorised claims management company (FRN 830181). This notice summarises how personal data submitted through the marketing opt-out form is used.

Purpose

We collect only the information needed to locate your record and stop further marketing mail from FAIR. We do not use information submitted through this form for marketing.

Retention

Opt-out records are retained indefinitely as evidence that we received your request and applied suppression.
